Website design for a national Medicaid innovation nonprofit
HT4M is a national nonprofit working to speed up innovation in Medicaid — improving quality and access to care for the people who need it most. The site had to hold a policy-level mission and a community-driven energy at the same time.
The challenge
Health plans, startups, investors, policymakers and members all land on the same homepage. It needed to feel credible to executives while still reading as a movement people can join — not a think tank PDF.
The approach
Led with real event photography of members on stage, then set a bold blocked headline system — green and yellow bars stacked against the image — over a confident navy-and-green palette. Membership, insights and events each get a clear path, with a single persistent Donate action in the nav.
The outcome
A homepage that opens with the people doing the work, states the mission in one line, and gives every audience — member, funder or partner — an obvious next step.
