Acre Largo · 2026

Small-batch tequila with a story worth pouring

Brand site + e-commerce for an up & coming tequila brand

Acre Largo cover

Acre Largo is made at Hacienda la Esperanza, a fifth-generation, 3,000-acre estate in the highlands above Jesús María. The site had to feel like that place — sun, clay, agave — not like another spirits landing page.

The challenge

A premium small-batch tequila competing against brands with far bigger budgets, plus the practical hurdles of selling alcohol online: age gating, state shipping rules, and a product range that needs to be tasted to be understood.

The approach

Built an editorial storefront around estate photography and warm clay tones, with a hand-drawn border system and a quiet serif voice. An age gate that feels like part of the brand, individual bottle pages for Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, and an 'Our Story' chapter that sells the land before it sells the bottle.

The outcome

A site that reads like a hacienda invitation — 'for friends, for family' — and gives distributors, bartenders and retail buyers one place that makes the case for the brand.
