JN Beach Construction is a San Diego general contractor specializing in high-quality affordable multifamily housing. The site had to carry the weight of that mission — 'Building Quality. Building Community. Building Hope.' — without sounding like a brochure.
The challenge
A young company inside a family of firms with deep roots in San Diego affordable housing, speaking to mission-driven developers, public agencies, subcontractors and future hires all at once — with only one project underway to show.
The approach
Built a clean, confident Squarespace site led by full-bleed project renderings and a three-line hero. Guiding principles read as a single scannable band, the Addison at SDSU Mission Valley project gets its own deep-dive page with an at-a-glance spec list, and careers and contact stay one click away.
The outcome
A credible front door for a new contractor — one that makes the case on craftsmanship and community impact, and gives partners a clear place to start a conversation.
